For tamping asphalt and compacting dirt, the tamper plate  is the ideal accessory for use with Makita and other brand 1-1/8” hex demolition and breaker hammers (hammers sold separately). The 6 tamper plate  is availible in ^' X 6" or 8" x 8" and tures quality steel construction for long service life. Note: For use with corresponding tamper shank part number 751103-A, sold separately.
